Requirements for the Minor in East Asian Languages and Cultures:

| EALC 120-East Asian Civilizations | |
| 12 additional hours of East Asia-related courses (at least 6 of these hours must be at the 300 or 400 level) | |

1. Students granted an exemption from this requirement by placement examination must take two additional courses from East-Asia-related offerings.
Note: Completion of CHIN 204 or 242, JAPN 204, or KOR 204 or 242 satisfies the LAS foreign language requirement.
