KOR 201: Elementary Korean I

Looking to jumpstart your Korean learning this summer? Whether you're into K-dramas, planning to study abroad, or simply curious about Korean culture, we have something for everyone!

☀️ Online KOR 201 (5 credits)

  • Dates: June 16 – August 7
  • Format: Asynchronous + 2 synchronous meetings/week
  • Who can join: Open to everyone – high school students, undergrads, grad students, seniors!
  • Why take it? Learn how to speak, read, and write Korean while exploring the culture of BTS, Squid Game, and Bibimbap!

The Intensive Language Instruction Program (ILIP) is a unique, immersive language experience that combines high-quality instruction with fun, engaging cultural activities in a welcoming classroom atmosphere. You’ll receive 30 hours of in-person instruction designed to accelerate your Korean learning and help you meet your personal language goals—whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on what you already know.
