The Japanese language program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) offers language courses of four levels from elementary to fourth-year. While each focusing on particular skill areas, all courses aim at developing comprehensive language ability that enables culturally-appropriate behaviors and communication.
